When Ruti, a frank and sarcastic Markless witch, is apprehended for royal theft, she is coerced into helping the haughty Princess Dekala in her quest to rule the Somanchi realm on her own terms. The unlikely duo's fraught relationship has an undercurrent of romantic chemistry that Amoss expertly teases out.
